All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. We will do our best to ship out your order as quickly as we can, we are a very small team. Please allow up to two (2) weeks to receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. 

 

International

 

By.LostBoy is not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and are out of our hands. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs.

 

Returns + Exchanges

 

We are not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time.

If there is an error on our part due to the wrong size or damaged, please reach out to us via our contact page and we will find a way to fix the problem. Thank you for understanding.

 

By.LostBoy will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.

 

Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of By.LostBoy and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
